3. dopo+ subscriptions and billing

dopo+ is a paid subscription offered on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel anytime through My Account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Free content and access tiers

Some content is available for free; other content requires a free account or an active dopo+ subscription. We may change which content is free or paid at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, download, record, redistribute, or publicly perform any content except as the Service expressly allows; circumvent access controls or DRM; reverse engineer the Service; use bots or scrapers; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Content and intellectual property

All content on dopo, including videos, artwork, text, and the dopo name and logo, is owned by dopo or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to stream content for your own non-commercial use while your access is active. No other rights are granted.

7. Interactive features and user choices

Interactive titles record the choices you make to deliver the experience and remember your progress. These are governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability
